At Coal Headwear, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new headwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

  Pack the Goods

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is securely packed to prevent damage during shipping.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
